Many of our clients actually want to sell their property and rent it back from us. This could be for a variety of reasons the most common are when the client has a long wait before they can move into their new home and they need a short term let, or if they have some pressing debt or other issues which means that they have to release the equity in their property quickly, but do not necessarily want to move out of their home.

With sell and rent back you are able to raise money and remain in your home for an agreed period, short term or long term, so long as you pay your monthly rent.

We can also arrange for the property to be made available to you to buy back at some point in the future when you feel more comfortable about taking on a mortgage again.
